Colonel Dall, former son-in-law of President Frankin Delano Roosevelt, was Chairman of the Board of LIBERTY LOBBY, the largest independent patriotic political action group in the country. He appeared before Congressional Committees in frequent demand as a speaker on patriotic and political issues throughout the country, often appearing on radio and TV programs. He also recorded the weekly Liberty Line message on pertinent legislative matters, dialed directly from anywhere in the country.
