At the turn of the century the blueprint for this conspiracy was drawn up by a group known as the Learned Elders Of Zion. It took place between 1897 and 1905 and the written minutes, document and plans were kept secret. Later when these plans were exposed by men of courage and intelligence, it became punishable by death in parts of the world to be caught with a copy of this document in one's possession.
